Some useful information to reach the Solvay
Library Major roadworks have been undertaken around the district and
are still ongoing, mainly Place Jourdan. This creates some disruption to
join the symposium venue. You will find some practical information to
facilitate your access By car to the Solvay
Library Parking spaces are available at approximately 200 meters
from the Solvay Library. You can park either at the parking “Forte
dei Marmi”, Avenue du Maelbeek 61, or the “Parking Jourdan”, avenue du Maelbeek
41. If you come walking (from the Sofitel Jourdan hotel) –
the Solvay Library is located inside the “Parc Leopold”. There is an
entrance to the park at about 50 meters from the Sofitel (at the right, when
going out of the hotel). By taxi Taxis are authorized to drive you to the entrance of the
Solvay Library. They have to use the entrance “Rue Belliard” and follow
the signs. By public transports Busses arriving near to Parc Leopold are: 27, 59, 64 Nearest metro station: Maelbeek
